McRae stands behind every product it makes and markets. We also go to great length to develop boots that fit consistently and perform durably for the intended tasks. However, if you receive a product that fails during its first year of wear (manufacturing defects only), we will replace it. Or, if you purchase a pair of boots from us that does not fit as expected, within 30 days of purchase, we will make a size exchange (shipping costs not included) as long as the boots have been tried on inside and are still in as-new condition. Boots to be exchanged should be returned in the original packaging. This policy applies to boots purchased directly from McRae. Boots purchased from retailers should be returned to the place of purchase.


Return & Exchange Procedure

Boots to be replaced or exchanged require return authorization from McRae. To request an RA, please click the link below or contact our customer service department. Boots returned without authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
