Customer Service was top notch . I wear an 8-1/2 wide, since the web site said order a full size smaller ()and I could not bring myself to order a 7.5) I ordered an 8 medium . When they came they were WAY to tight, I reordered an 8.5 Wide and the fit is perfect in width and just the smallest bit long, I can live with it. The boots are lightweight and comfortable , feel solid and walk almost like tennis shoes. Only time will tell about durability but so far I love them. Order a little smaller than normal but your normal width and you should be good, if not their customer service is great.
